Ordered that notice be given to the Committee for considering the Manuscripts of the Society's Library that they were to attend the Council next Thursday at two of the clock, at Arundel -house.
Ordered that Mr Hoskyns and Mr Oldenburg speak with Mr Williamson, and enquire whether it is the practise to add any particulars by way of endorsement or otherwise, to Patents already signed by the King. If so, then to go to the Attorney General with Colonel Tytus to acquaint him, that it is the pleasure of the Lord Privy Seal to insert those two clauses concerning the Oath of Allegiance and Supremacy, to be given to the President and his Vice presidents, and that of non-alienation.

The Council declared that it was necessary to have another Curator, and therefore they desired to be informed of someone fit for that office, whom they would pay fifty pounds per annum.
