' Mr Hunt reported that Mr Aston had promised to pay: Mr Waller said the same for Mr Blackwell: Dr Cox had paid: Dr Fryar, by Dr Woodward, relinquished his pretensions to the Society: Mr Haines had paid, Mr Harris not being in town was excused till his Answer could be had. Dr Hutton promised for Sir Charles Isaac that he should be spoke to. Sir Berkley Lucy paid, Dr Mapletoft was excused being out of town having been a Benefactor. Mr Nelson paid, Dr Woodward undertook for Dr Pitt, Dr Rich. Robinson had paid, Dr Tancred Robinson was Excused on consideration of the sending papers to the Society. Dr Woodward under took for my Lord Spencer.

Dr Wallace was proposed to be a member of the Society, balloted and was approved of. Mr James Pound was Proposed by Dr Woodward and Mr P Cunningham by Dr Sloane they were approved of. '
