' The President proposed Mr Godolphin, Mr Vimberg, the Marquis of Guiscard, and Dr Garth, they were balloted for and approved.
It was ordered that all persons proposing any Candidate to be chosen a member of the Society shall acquaint them that they are to perfect a bond for their weekly payments and pay their £40 admission money ere they be admitted.
It was agreed that the order of Councell of 1695 relating to the Weekly payments be put in Execution. ' |
