' The Arrears of Old Sir Jonas Moor and Mr Thomas Barrington being upon Bond, they were ordered to be demanded of their Executors.
The Councill having taken notice, that the Journal Books of the Meetings of the Society which have been written from 1677 have severall Vacany's in them, omissions of things and names, and mistakes.
Order'd, that any 3 or more of the persons then present, or of such persons as are of the Councill this present year shall be a Committee to meet at the Repository, and inspect the Journal Books : to note any Vacancy's, omissions, and mistakes, Or Mr Hooke being present to mend them, and supply them, with his Consent, or upon just accasions alter and strike out such places or passages as he and they shall agree to, and upon Case of disagreement make Report to the Councill, that they may take further Order therein.
And if the Omissions and Vacancy's be such as cannot be supplyed, then they are to draw lines there in void spaces that for the future there may be noe new thing written therein. ' |
