' It was resolved to give Mr Desaguliers thirty pounds for his trouble in making Experiments the last year for the Service of the Society.
A Bill was produced of the Charges of an Air Pump and its appendages, which was bespoke by Mr Aston to present the Society. It being proposed that the workman should be paid: It was thought proper to defer it til the pleasure of Mr Astons Executors was known which Dr Sloane Said he Should learn in a fortnights time.
The Glaziers Bill of Six pounds was ordered to be paid.
Mr Innys the Bookseller (£2.4.9) was ordered to be paid.

Mr Tempest was desired to talk with Mr Trewin the Sollicitor about proper measures to be taken to secure the Fee-farm Rents that are due to the society from the Lord Abergaveny etc.
Mr Roberts Dr Sloane and Mr Balle were chosen Auditors of Accounts on part of the Council. ' |
