' The Question being put whether E. Halley should have 50 of the books of Fishes, instead of the fifty pounds ordered him by the last Councell, comprehending, the 20 books formerly put into Mr Smith the Booksellers hands. it was determined by Ballot in the Affirmative.
The Question being putt whether Mr Hook should have the Arrears due to him by a former order of June 16th 1686 paid him in like manner, in Books de Piscibus; it was to consider of the acceptance of such payment.
Ordered that E. Halley receive a gratuity of twenty other books de Piscibus in consideration of his services in the last Year ending January 27th, last past. ' |
