' Sir John Smith was sworn of the Council.

Lord Kinnaird and Sir John Smith, were allowed to have such Volumes of the Philosophical Transactions as they have not yet received under the usual limitations of Council.

Leave was given to Abraham Mills Esq to reprint his paper On the Strata and Volcanic Appearances in Ireland published in the 80th Volume of the Transactions and to have the use of the plate belonging to it. '
