| Description | Recommendations from the meeting of the study group which took place 5 December 1966. The recommendations were based on responses highlighted in SZR/TDC.12 and SZR/TDC.13. The study group suggest that a research facility ought to be established and gives further recommendations on the form this facility would take. An appendix to the paper exists with estimates of the costs.
