DescriptionLetters which have not been given a document reference, either between specific members of the committee or letters addressed to all members of the Brazil Expeditions Committee. The letters are generally very short, offering a information or to accompany another report or document. The later letters reflect changes in the Committee following the end of the expedition, with discussion turning to publications and the formation of the Publication and Editorial group [see EXP/6/5/6]. In addition to letters the file does contain some attendance sheets reflecting who attended certain meetings of the Committee, this information is also available in the Committee minutes.
