Consisting of an alphabetical record of all Fellows, in columns, with members of the aristocracy in upper case. The left hand column contains 'The Present Council', headed by the President, George, Earl of Macclesfield. The list of 'Persons of Other Nations' [Foreign Members] with brief notes on their locations, appears at the bottom of the sheet. There are several decorative border motifs. With notes on the continuation of Council until St Andrew's Day and the election of ten new Council Members on 30 November 1764 to serve in the ensuing year.
