The file includes discussion with the Editorial staff of 'Nature' on articles written or co-written by Simon: 'Solid Helium at High Temperatures (1949)', 'Solid-liquid equilibrium in Helium' (1950), 'Thermal Conductivity of Dielectric Crystal's (1951), the reprinting of Count Rumford's articles on the heating of houses (1953), 'Rumford Bicentennial Symposia and Awards', (1953) and 'Melting of iron at high pressures' (1953). Manuscript copies of the articles on Solid Helium at High Temperatures and the Rumford Symposia are included in the file.
