'No bones were found in it'. The rain has prevented their sketching he says, with Cosmo coming tomorrow after exploring the Bream downs, and they will go on to Bridgewater. Mrs Pye is glad to have the order for tiles, but cannot deliver until August. He complains of the wait but he would not want 'Piper's scarlet biscuits'. |
