The folder includes some correspondence with Peter Kasser and Hans Rothlisberger at the Abteilung Fur Hydrologie und Gaziologie in Zurich, concerning Nye's requests for data. A later note by Nye (dated 18 April 2015) explains that the research was looking at whether the mass balance of glaciers in a given reason could be calculated from the data on their advance and retreat.
