Includes a note from Frederick Charles Frank, with his own thoughts on the paper. Also contains some earlier correspondence from 1954 between Zemansky and the Library of Congress, requesting that a copy of the paper be depostied with them. The folder includes a photocopy of Zemansky's paper and a reprint of a paper he authored.
