Savage Capt. R. Engr.'. Inscribed [p.4]: 'Mr. Barrow with Capt. Savage's Compts.' and 'Observations of the Tides at Milford Haven presented by [original name deleted] Mr. Barrow'. With Royal Society ink stamps on p.1 and p.4.
