Deems Wragge's reasons, given in a letter in relation to the Antarctic explorations at the Wellington observatory, are important as there are numerous other Australian observatories. States personal reasons and differences of opnion are extant amongst Australian observers. Offers to raise the subject with the Meteorological Council and requests for Wragge's letter to be returned to the President of the Royal Society, which he encloses [enclosure not attached]. |
