Description | He would be honoured and gratified if the President and Council of the Royal Society were to accept the care of radiometers and otheoscopes he exhibited at a recent Soiree of the Society. These instruments were used to illustrate points in papers presented between 1875 and 1878, and he wishes for their installation in the Society's home as a token of gratitude for the support received from the Royal Society throughout hiscientific journey. |
