Details the information that the Immigration Department of the Ugandan government needs from the team members of the Lake George project. Upon recieving this information, authorities will issue necessary authorisation. In regards to income tax, provided the members of the team are paid and maintained by the Royal Society, they would not have to pay taxes. The project is still awaiting formal Governmental approval which he is chasing.
