Both himself and George Ganf are feeling good about their work. Describes Lake George and the surrounding area calling it 'a really fine spot of Africa to be in'. Anecdote about Mary Burgis waking up to find an elephant outside of her room. Discusses other academics working in Uganda and says that none are researching directly in his field. Ends letter by saying he is excited for Peter Greenwood's visit. |
