Description | Sabine sends a proof of his Scottish magnetic observations for Lloyd to look over along with a map 'to be engraved in the same manner as the Irish map' [neither enclosed]. Sabine also forwards his report on Mr [David] Douglas's magnetic observations in North America for comment [not enclosed]. Sabine will cease to be part of the army of Ireland on the 31st of the month. Sabine describes how Lloyd can return his papers through Colonel [George Thomas d'Aguilar]. |
