Broun comments on Lloyd's assessment of his method being 'immaterial and arbitrary', and discusses the comparisons of temperature Lloyd objects to. Broun expresses his agreement with Lloyd that results from comparisons cannot decide if a method is good or not. Discussion on results from different observatories around the world, and Broun makes comparisons between observatories at Greenwich and Dublin, and discusses what this shows about the earth's regulation. |
