Description | Monthly report of the superintendents of excavation. At the end of June, they were still excavating the narrow passage in the east wall of the Long Arcade. They considered June to not be productive in terms of discovery: they found only six teeth of horse, four of fox, one of hyena, and one of rhinoceros; part of an antler; and a few bones. |
