| Title | Copy letter, James Hudson, Assistant Secretary of the Royal Society, to [William] Wyon |
| Creator | Hudson; James (1804-1859); British librarian and assistant secretary to the Royal Society |
| Date | 27 November 1833 |
| Description | Hudson cannot find a receipt for £64 paid to Wyon for the Rumford Madels. The money appears to have been paid to Wyon by [John William] Lubbock without poasing through Hudson's hands, which may why he has no receipt. Hudson asks if Wyon could let him have the enclosed receipt by return, but if it is a duplicate, could he mark it so. |
