Description | Encloses the receipt for Kaye's overdue payment to the Royal Society, and noting that his name has been added to the list of attendees for the Anniversary drinks. However, he notes that due to 'non-compliance with our statutes', Kaye has forfeited his Fellowship of the Society. White informs him that he will lay Kaye's letter before the President and Council at the next meeting, and if his reason for the delay in payment is "satisfactory" then he will not be removed from the list of Fellows.
