DescriptionInforms Ellery that a selection of works have been approved to be sent to the Observatory of Melbourne, including 'Philosophical Transactions from 1855 to 1859 inclusive'; 'the published volumes as far back as 1830 inclusive'; and copies of the 'Proceedings of the Royal Society' journal from the commencement and as in future published'. Sharpey notes that these have been sent to Payne & Co Colonial agents who will forward the package to Melbourne.
