Has examined the mouth of Mr Shackleton and finds that although some of his teeth are missing, 'he possesses enough to afford him a good masticating surface'. His remaining teeth have been put into good condition and properly filled. Second certificate issued by G Dalton, of 17 Devonshire Street, Keighley, on 22 July 1901. He has examined Shackleton, finding several teeth missing and others which required filling, which he has done. |
