Description | Huggins states that the photos of drawings of Jupiter that he is sending to Larmor are proofs of the plates in Huggins's 'Collected Papers' and have not been published, but will appear in the book. He then discusses the differing judgements of the 'albedo' of Jupiter, from Zollner, Muller, Snow, and White. He discusses photos of Jupiter's spectrum, taken by Huggins and [Percival] Lowell, and the analysis of [George Phillips] Bond. He is sorry for [Andrew] Noble. |
