| Description | Includes transfer correspondence and sample receipts from the Science Research Council. Deatails of the cutting of rock samples 70019,0 and 75075,0 with images. Correspondence also covers the Apollo 17 'picking pot.' Handwritten lists of Apollo 17 soil samples including station, comments and bag numbers and a list of the types of soil collected. Also includes a preliminary description of drill stem 70007, examination and sub-sampling of drill stem 70008, a preliminary report on drill stem 70009 and an Apollo 17 sample request form completed by Colin Pillinger.
