Title | Letter from Gustav Fritsch, Roonstrasse 10, Berlin, to Charles Vernon Boys |
Creator | Fritsch; Gustav Theodor (1838-1927); German anatomist and anthropologist |
Recipient | Boys; Sir Charles Vernon (1855-1944); British physicist and inventor |
Date | 24 November 1896 |
Description | Fritsch is pleased that Boys valued the token of esteem bestowed upon him. He is amused by the printed scrap sent by Boys, which he has seen already. He speculates that his lecture must have been sent to America by telegraph in order for the notice to have come out so quickly. The first version was accompanied by a letter from a Chicago editor asking for details of the boy Vernon. If Boys does any further photography, Fritsch would like to learn of it. |
