OtherInfo | Fairly little is known about Connor's early life though his being a Roman Catholic prohibited him from attending school or university. While he practiced in London, he also lectured at St Martin-in-the-Fields and Cambridge about human anatomy. He was assisted in the production of his 'History of Poland' by fellow author and clergyman John Savage and the work was long considered the best on the subject. |
