Explains why it is quite impossible now to provide 100 copies of the paper in print by 1 June. If McLennan has retained a copy of the paper, he might have such copies as he requires for the purposes of his degree privately printed. No objection would be made to this provided the paper was not published in any way independently of the Society. |
