I enclose a letter from Sir Michael Foster which speaks for itself. I hope you will be able to arrange to receive the Surra-infected animals, as this is hardly a kind of matter which I can arrange satisfactorily, as Dr Rogers seems to think. I had a good deal of trouble once on a former occassion having an infected animal sent here.
