| Description | Hill's letter and enclosure relating to the claim of Mr Engelbrecht[?] to be able to exterminate the Tsetse Fly, and cure animals suffering from Nagana, has been referred to some members of the Tropical Diseases Committee, who have no hesitation in recommending it should be declined. The Tsetse Fly is abundant in East Africa, where the claimant appears to reside, and so he could put his own theory to the test. Before the veracity is established, British authorities should not give him any money. |
