Title | Copy letter from Archibald Geikie, to Dr Frederick Walker Mott, [Fellow of the Royal Society] |
Date | 11 April 1905 |
Description | Thanks Mott for his letter of the previous day. In Mott's letter of 4 April he stated he was quite willing to sign the [Sleeping Sickness] paper if paragraph three was modified. If Mott approves Geikie will have the amendment inserted and state that Mott wishes paragraph three to be so modified. As all the other signature have been obtained to the document as originally written, they could not alter it without obtaining the consent of each signatory, which would cause trouble and loose them time. |
