| Description | Thanks Weldon for his note of 12 May returning the letters of Lankester and Sedgwick. Last week Geikie wrote to Dr Bastian about the Cracovie [Krakow] paper and Harrison encloses Bastian's reply [not enclosed], stating that he had already considered said paper. Asks that Bastian's paper be returned. Queries if Weldon thinks they should ask Bastian to make any reference to the paper in his abstract. Nothing has been decided by the Committee regarding publishing the plates. One of the referees indicated some of the figures that might be given. Asks if Weldon would authorize them to be allowed. |
