Description | The Council on Thursday allowed the Treasurer [Alfred Bray Kempe] to use money from the Donation Fund for the entertainment of the foreign delegates to the [International] Catalogue Conference, and it was understood that the subsidy on their behalf to a Royal Society Club dinner on 26 July, would be within this purpose[?].
