The report of the Referee (Mr W. B. Hardy) on the above paper has been received, and is entirely favourable to the publication of the paper as it stands in the "Proceedings [of the Royal Society]". Will the Chairman please say whether the printing of the paper in the Proceedings may go forward under Standing Order 33?
