I have to acknowledge your letter of the 29th inst[ant] regarding the article by yourself and D Thomas. As you remark, the paper was reproduced in the BMJ on June 25th, and also in the Journal of Tropical Medicine. The Chart was reproduced in both cases.
I regret I may not lend you the block, but if you desire it, I can have an electro made, and charged to you. (the cost is trifling).
I have only our "press" proof here, but you could borrow that if necessary.' |
