Description | Informs Professor [Frederick George] Donnan that he has received a letter from Mr. A. de Waele, who desires to leave his present work under the Aeronautical Inspection Department to take up fresh work under his former employees, Messrs Randall Brothers, on new aeronautical supplies. Notes that Mr. de Waele is anxious to receive from the Society a recommendation for exemption from Military Service under these new circumstances. Encloses papers relating to his case, and asks Professor Donnan to offer advice in confidence as to whether Mr. de Waele's new post would constitute work of greater national importance [not enclosed]. |
