Title | Copy letter from Herbert Rix, to Lord Rayleigh [John William Strutt] |
Date | 13 June 1892 |
Description | The enclosed was sent on to Rix by the Treasurer, John Evans, this morning [not attached]. Rix mentioned this ozonizer to the Soirée Committee and the suggestion was declined. Unless Rayleigh should see some special reason why it should be included, they should prefer to be without it as space is exceedingly limited.
Rix promised to telegraph Mr Cornelius Hanbury who called this morning, before noon on Tuesday, if he is to accept. Rix therefore asks for Rayleigh's instruction by telegraph. |
