Description | Writes of three resolutions recently passed with regard to the membership of the National Committees, namely: that a representative may not serve for any longer than six years, that half of each isntitutions representatives serve for three years only and that the tenure of Chairmanship not exceed six years. Asks the Secretary to ensure that his Society enact these as far as circumstances permit.
