DescriptionMinutes of ordinary meetings of the Royal Society Club, with pasted-in dining menus and other material. Each meeting has a list of attendees and guests, with accounts of the matters discussed or items exhibited, usually scientific in nature. There are occasional items of illustrative material, for example a postcard of the Palm House at Kew [8 February 1934] and a printed menu in honour of Sir Charles Vernon Boys, incorporating a photographic portrait by Lafayette [14 March 1935]. From February 1934, there are table plans showing the seating positions of those attending.
