TitleLedger, Scientific Investigations Grant
Datec1937 - c1977
DescriptionArranged alphabetically with one sheet per individual grantee (sheets may record more than one grant if the grantee successfully applied for more than one grant). Sheets record the name(s) and contact address of the grantee(s), the title of their research proposal, the year the grant was awarded by the Society, the amount awarded and the date the final research report was received. Most of the grants recorded were awarded in the 1970s and it would appear that the ledger itself dates from the 1970s, but some earlier grants are recorded (presumably if the grantee had successfully applied for grants in the past).
