Description | Apologises for not coming up on the previous Saturday, made impossible by the weather. Informs he is due to go to Paris, hoping he can meet with Swinton on his return trip. He has shown "Magna est Veritas et prevalebit" to Cochrane and one or two others, agreeing with them that it is powerful, adding his opinion that it is "rugged". Tells Swinton to order a copy of his novel "The Lost Stradivarius", asking him to add it to club lists and recommend it to his wealthy friends. |
