Title | Letter from [Alan Archibald Campbell] Swinton, to Sydney Morse [Esquire] |
Creator | Swinton; Alan Archibald Campbell (1863-1930); British electrical engineer |
Date | 28 February 1927 |
Description | Informs he met Mr Wingfield, Secretary and Manager of theTrust Union, Ltd, who suggests that Slaughter & May should agree the cost figures of their recent action about the Debenture premium, and not have them taxed. He is of the opinion that taxing takes about a couple of months and that it would be much better if they could agree the figures, provided no one puts forward figures that seem markedly too large under the circumstances. |
