Summarises the content of his previous letter, explains he has been considering what De La Rue said to him on the previous evening, and thinks George will have to be consulted as to how it is possible to pay the Directors and Shareholders anything without their having to pay Income Tax, and in some cases Super-Tax as well, upon the amount. Mentions another matter in regard to what De La Rue said about some increase to the payment in cash to the management, having regard to the saving of Farrar's salary. |
