DescriptionInforms that the Articles of Association about his continuing to hold 500 shares in the Company was duly added by Sir Herbert Gibson. The General Meeting of the Company was to have been held on 19 July and notices were sent out, but it has now been discovered that sufficient notice was not given therefore new notices are being sent out, with the meeting rescheduled for 25 July at Winchester House. A speech for him to make as Chairman has been prepared and he wishes to show it to Roney, should he have suggestions to additions or amendments. Informs he is due to be in Roney's neighbourhood for a Ceara meeting and asks if it would be suitable for him to meet afterwards.
