DescriptionWith regard to the 3519 Crompton Ordinary Shares and the 1677 Crompton Preference Shares which the nominees of the Bank are holding on his behalf, and in connection with the recent amalgamation of Messrs Crompton & Co with Messrs. F & L Parkinson Ltd., the Bank's nominees will recently have received a notice from Messrs. Comrptons, Parkinson, Ltd., that the new share certificates for the Cumulative Performance Shares and the Cumulative Preferred Ordinary Shares will be available for issue to the Shareholders on 30 November next and that the old certificates for Preference and Ordinary shares in Crompton & Co should be forwarded to the company on or after the 30th, to be exchanged for the new Share Certificates. Requests that the Bank attend to this matter.
