DescriptionAcknowledges receipt of a previous letter and sends the original prospectus of the Wire City (Manchester) Greyhound Association, Ltd, which he requests to have back. Points out that Lord Askwith is one of the Directors and their remuneration is given in specific paragraphs of the company's Articles of Association. Complains that the Morning Post published a letter from Lord Askwith approving of greyhound racing and refused to publish a letter point out that he has financial interests therein. Comments that Askwith is Treasurer of the Young Mens Christian Association and other positions, which would make the ordinary reader pay attention to his opinion as an independent person. Informs that since he wrote to them, the Morning Post have published a portion of his letters but left out that part in which he refers to Askwith.
