DescriptionIn light of his decision to waive all claims to repayment of the twelve Secured Notes allocated to him, in return for an undertaking by the Committee that his subscription to the club be reduced by one guinea in respect of each note, places on record that the said Notes are held by the Trustees for the benefit of the Club, and may be either cancelled or issued to another member on his ceasing to be a member of the Club.
